I would like to apologize for some of my language of late. When I get angry or really upset, I resort to not-nice language. Therefore, today I bring you a lovely poem.

As I sit here sponging off my sweat with both a huge fan and the air conditioner blowing on me full blast, I too say "shit, it's hot". I'll probably say it when my next hot flash hits me in a few hours too. Heat index hit about 110 today and this is my third change of clothes in one day. I'm pretty sure the dog said "shit, it's hot" while we were at the farmer's market yesterday morning too.
