Waiting and wondering...

No news. Nothing. Nada. Zilch. No answers to my e-mails, no phone calls, nothing. As hard as everything has been, this is the worst part. I was so hopeful we would already be making travel plans to bring her home. We just have to wait. And wait. And wait.

But, we did get some new photos of Ahren. Same beautiful boy, same perfect curls.

He's getting so big and reaching so many milestones that you are missing.

Can I just say "awwwwwwwwww! how cute" on the pictures and the curls and the hand reaching out? It's enough to make any red-blooded woman want to pick up that kid and hug him.

Oh my word! He's so darned cute! Don't you just want to nuzzle your face in those curls? I hope his case gets moving now.
