Call from Guatemala

We just got a call from Guatemala that PBJ's fever shot up high today and they took her back to the hospital. They are sending me the medicals. She has an infection, but for the life of me I could not understand where he was saying the infection was. The signal kept cutting out and he promised to send me the doctors report by e-mail right away. He said she is on new medicine and doing better tonight.

Come on Barrios, sign her paperwork and let her go!!!! God has saved her life, now save her Mommy's sanity and bring her home!!!!

My God, prayers all around. You must just be sick with worry.

I just read your home post. You are a kind, wonderful person. You just made that little girls year. Oh, how I wish I could afford another adoption. That little girl would be mine. I also pray she finds her family before Guatemala turns into a true disaster.

It's so hard not to be with them when they are so sick...I'm praying her signs her OUT this week for sure.

Wendy,
I sent you an email earlier today. Please, please read it. It could be the compromise I was talking about. If you have questions, I'll be on my cell tomorrow. I'll leave the number on LRH right now! Or ask Julie, she knows it.

Praying!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tuning in late and I apologize for not checking the blog earlier today. PBJ is in good hands, poor child is worn down. She is just out of the hospital and she just isn't old enough to have immunity to some of those nasties that lurk in hospitals. I pray they get her diagnosed and treated with what she needs to fight this infection. PBJ is one tough little girl. I believe she can tackle just about anything.
