No Good News

Update:
Sorry I was so cryptic. Sometimes when things overwhelm me I just need to shut down. I slept the sleep of the dead last night, and then overslept this morning. It's how I react to the really bad things. So here is what we found out yesterday about PBJ's case that sent me into a tailspin:
The new investigator and in fact the whole dept/group he worked in are changing. The new-new investigator has re-opened charges of fraud against our attorney for PBJ's case. They cancelled the re-interview of the birth mom until the attorneys case is resolved. This puts us back to where we were months ago and again we are pins and needles waiting to see if we get a favorable outcome. This adds months to the process and brings back the possibility that the entire case will be denied.

Oh Wendy...

I just don't get it. Why your sweet baby girl is stuck is beyond my comprehension. Oh how I wish children did not have to suffer because of some grown-up's sin.

Heart-breaking.

I'll be praying.

Much love,
Julie

I'm sorry to hear this. Ugh!!! Adoption can be such a pain! If every parent had to go through what we do just to get our kids home, there would be no child abuse, no homeless children, no more whatever...

Our last doctor that did our medicals was also trying to adopt. While she was doing our exams, she said "This is all so stupid! We all should have just have taken drugs and had sex in the back of a car! Seems like that's the only way to get kids!" We were all laughing so hard after that she could hardly finish the exams.

Keep the faith and keep hanging on!
